Mailbox Escalation/Message Monitor

As improved efficiency becomes increasingly critical to Call Center goals, Mutare Software has stepped up with a pair of tools, sophisticated in design but simple to operate, that gives administrators the information they need to promote maximum efficiency with the resources at hand. Mailbox Escalation sends notification of waiting voicemail messages to assigned addresses in a pre-designed pattern, ending the escalating once the message is played. Message Monitor takes the process a step further, gathering information from the waiting messages, such as mailbox/extension, time message was left and played, and length of message. The resulting database can be used to run a variety of evaluative reports to help administrators better manage call center operations.
